Beautiful Lysvik almost has it all. It is located 20 km north of Sunne, about 1700 people live here. "Fryksdalsbanan", the most scenic railway of Sweden, has a stop here.
In the church village there's a country shop, a new school, a sports arena, a Children's house, a youth hostel, a folklore museum, service flats for elderly, the restaurant Frykens Pärla and a camp site by a wonderful sandy beach and also small a bit more isolated bathing places. There are walking tracks to experience and bronze age graves to see.
The Eden wilderness village gives its guests a peaceful mind.
