The Sundsberg Manor - Memories of our history
In the manor museum, ancient furniture and domestic objects are displayed to show life during three centuries. The Forestry Museum shows Swedish forestry since more than 50 years. In the Textile Chamber you'll find woven art, embroideries and fashion from 1940-1990. There are always art exhibitions in the gallery, there's a café and a handicraft shop.

The Ecocyclic House
The 320 square metre house, with self-support of power via its solar cells, is a permanent exhibition of material and techology. There's a biological waste-water treatment plant with a greenhouse, an ecological garden and an environmental reference library. Continuous training courses. Lectures on demand about environment, applicable ecology and ecological building. Call in advance for guided tours, study visits and private or groups visits.

Sillegården, in one of the most scenic areas of Värmland
In the early years of the 19th century, the legendary artist and weaver Ida Sahlström built this Norse-style restaurant and people came from far away for water cures. On the walls of the restaurant, the artist Erling Ärlingsson painted his colourful pictures from the Gösta Berling's Saga. The past traditions are maintained to honour the culture. The Farm på Hörn, Västmyr, Östra Ämtervik
The two artists Angela and Tommy Bergström show their garden and art and give training courses for people interested in art and culture. The farm is located ca 10 km south of Sunne. To the website of The Farm på Hörn
The Garden Bläckhorn
Various types of flower beds forming small landscapes, geranium exhibition and a kitchen garden. The garden is located ca 3 km east of Sunne in direction Bäckalund.

The Tailor's Museum
The Tingsgården at the Sunne Community Centre shows a tailor's workshop with materials, clothes and equipment.

The Horse Vehicle Museum
The muséum is situated at Solbacka Gästgifveri, Östra Ämtervik about 20 km south of Sunne and holds a two-level hall with horse vehicles, stable and saddle room.

The Dentist's Museum
Tore Sjökvist was active as a dentist from 1932 to 1990. His practice is intact and stored and it's planned to be rebuilt at the Sundsberg manor.
